| This is a patient in her mid 20s who presented for nasal enhancement. Her nose is too bulky for her face. There is a hump on her nasal bridge. Nasal tip droops. She has a hanging columella, meaning that septum of nose extends beyond her nostrils. Nose is also too wide. |
Nose has been refined and cosmetically improved. Nasal hump has been eliminated. Bridge of nose has been reshaped and now it has a sculptured look with a pleasant slope. Nose has been narrowed. Tip of nose has been elevated and gently rotated to enhance elegance of her nose. Columella no longer droops beyond her nostrils and it has a nice shape. Nose has been narrowed. This patient also had a liposuction of neck and a chin enlargement. This has further improved her profile and given he a nicer neck line and profile. |
