Shows patient with sagging of skin of face and neck. Jaw line is obscured because of loose skin of face and neck. Platysma muscle, which is closely attached to skin is also sagging causing appearance of Platysma bands.	Face and Neck lift was done to define facial profile, neck line and jawline. Scar, which runs in front of her ear is barely visible. Platysma muscle was also repositioned and tightened to enhance neck contour.

Frontal and Profile photos of this patient shows sagging of skin of face and neck. Profile view shows a weak chin and lack of definition of neck line. She also has excess skin of upper and lower eyelids. There are small fatty bags of lower eyelids.	She had face lift, neck lift, upper and lower blepheroplasty and chin augmentation with a chin implant. Now she has youthful yet natural facial appearance. Eyes also look more rested since excess skin and fatty bulges have been eliminated. Chin implant has further enhanced her facial balance. Scar, which lies just in front of ears is barely visible.
