When you come in for you personal consultation, you'll have the opportunity to see a variety of before-and-after pictures to view the results of patients who've had the procedure you're interested in. What happens during the initial consultation?
During your first visit with us, Dr. Rai will meet with you to discuss the details of your procedure and address your individual needs. He will go over your health history, give you a thorough examination, and discuss the benefits and risks of cosmetic surgery. You will have the opportunity to view a collection of before-and-after photographs of former patients to see an approximation of your results.

Can I afford cosmetic surgery?
The cost of your cosmetic surgery procedure(s) will depend on a number of factors including time in surgery, difficulty of procedure, type of anesthesia used, and post operative medications prescribed. We work with a variety of finance companies and may be able to arrange financing for you based on your individual credit.

What are the risks involved with cosmetic surgery?
As with any type of invasive surgery, there are certain risks involved. Dr. Rai and his staff take the necessary precautions to ensure safe treatment for each patient. We arm you with complete knowledge of your procedure, so you know exactly what to expect throughout your cosmetic surgery experience. If we feel your outcomes might be anything less than ideal, we will advise against surgery.

What is the average recovery time for cosmetic surgery?
Each procedure offered differs in average recovery time. More invasive procedures may take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to heal, whereas less invasive procedures may only take a few days to get your body back to normal. Dr. Rai will address the specific recovery expectations of your procedure during your first visit. Also, factors such as your body type, age, and shape can play a large part in how quickly you recover from surgery.

How long will the results of my procedure last?
Each procedure is designed to have a lasting permanent effect on the chosen areas (excluding the naturally temporary procedures such as BOTOX® Cosmetic injections). The procedures cannot, however, prevent the implications of weight gain and aging. Keep in mind that each cosmetic procedure is designed to keep you looking your best, but you are required to do your part with diet, exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
